Originally started as an acoustic duo in 2007, The Little Kings have since begun to experiment with their sound, pushing the boundaries of rock and reggae into new realms and a style that is distinctly theirs. A great mix of fusion and a strong lyrical prowess.

The Little Kings are spreading their message of social awareness across a crowd which is keen and passionate about their message and their music.

Garnering great support from a constantly growing fan-base the 5 piece band are led by Ryan Kidwell on lead vocals and guitars and Ryan Mcarthur on bass, Nick Ornellas on drums, Clement Carr on keys and sax and Bongiwe Mpanza on backing vocals.

The Cape Town-based band have seen their name and talent land on such high profile line-ups as Road to V finals (Virgin Fest ‘08), Carfax in Jo’burg, Concert for a Cause ‘08, Billabong Pro ‘08, Ramfest ‘09, Malibu Fest J-Bay ‘09 and rocking the daisies 09 to name a few.

The band are still delivering the inspiring “rock-reggae-fusion” sound they have been associated with, and are constantly evolving and growing into one of South Africa’s best and brightest stars.
